Board readout (top left)
The stage being built and its piece count · arrows step through the stages · a builder row shows its share of that stage; clicking it makes that builder active and picks out their pieces in this stage, dropping the rest back (click again to undo)
Board readout → pencil
Opens Build Plan: add, rename, recolour, filter or remove stages and builders
Build Plan row: colour dot · double-click name · ×
Recolour the tag · rename · remove it, leaving its pieces on General. The modal only configures tags; what is active and what is hidden are set on the board readout
Board readout: chevron (top right)
Collapse the whole readout to a single chip, and back
Board readout: eye
Hide that stage or builder's pieces from the board
The board shows one stage
Whatever carries the stage on the readout draws normally — each piece in its builder's colour, washed in its stage's colour and hatch. Every other stage drops back without leaving the board
Pick a builder on the readout
Only their work in that stage stays up; pick it again to see every hand
General (stage or builder)
Where work with no tag of its own lives. Selecting it shows the whole build, and a piece left on General stands in every stage's view instead of dropping back
Right-click a piece or selection
Context menu: rotate · mirror · duplicate · delete · group, plus its layer, floor and group. Stage, builder and layer each show what the selection carries now — the pencil turns that line into a picker
Eyedrop tool · right-click → Pick this structure
Adopt a placed piece's type and rotation and carry on placing more of it
Export (top bar)
One sheet per stage / builder / stage&builder pair, every PNG the same size and frame · the Working file tab saves or loads the build as .json
Each sheet carries
Build name & view · a stage/builder badge · the size in blocks · a ruler ticked per block · a legend with counts
A stage sheet reads as a moment
Its own work solid · what is already standing behind it · what comes after, fainter still
Format: PNG files or PDF
PNG gives one file per sheet (or a .zip folder with a build-info.txt) · PDF puts every sheet in one document, a page each, fitted to A4 with a footer
